What we put into our bodies has so much to do with how we feel on the inside to how we look on the outside. Food was the original medicine and I love that we as a society are getting to a place where that knowledge is a lot more mainstream and accessible!

This is one of my favorite recipes and I try to always have some on hand in our house. Some of its benefits are:
- Heals your gut lining which aids in better digestion, improves immunity, can help with heartburn, etc
- It has anti-inflammatory properties; this is great for body aches and pains, headaches, acne etc.
- It’s collagen rich which helps your joints and your skin!
